 As a competitive Strong Woman, Powerlifter and five times Scottish record holder (Deadlift champion, M1 – 72kg - June 2014-15), I have a wealth of experience and am passionate about the benefits of strength training.


I specialise in weight training for women and men so if you are curious about how strength training can change everything you thought you knew about exercise, get in touch.

 
My clients have lost body fat, built lean muscle (not bulk) and are leading healthier, fitter and stronger lives without having to do endless cardio sessions.


I am passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals no matter how big or small. If you are fed up losing weight only to gain it again, lost your motivation, or are keen to improve your strength and fitness, I can help.


I offer one to one personal training, buddy training (two clients or more), express personal training (shorter sessions for busy lives) and group training.
